HOW TO WHITELIST info@blueheel.com?

To make sure you never miss a newsletter from us, make sure to Whitelist info@blueheel.ca and caroline@blueheel.ca in your preferred email account! Whitelisting an email address will ensure that its messages will end up in your inbox and not caught in your spam filter.

 

If you use Gmail on a browser, follow this navigation:

Settings icon > See all settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses > Create a new filter

In the From field, enter the email address or subdomain you’d like to whitelist (info@blueheel.ca and caroline@blueheel.ca  or just @blueheel.ca for all of our emails), and then click create filter. Then check the option Never send it to Spam and click create filter a second time to save that setting.

If you use Gmail on your mobile device, you can simply open the junk folder in your app, open a message from the email address you’d like to whitelist, and select Report not spam.

 

If you use Outlook on a browser, follow this navigation:

Settings icon > Mail (on the left sidebar) > Junk email

Click on Add+ in the Safe senders and domains section, and then add info@blueheel.ca and caroline@blueheel.ca or just @blueheel.ca for all of our emails),

If you use Outlook on your mobile device, you can simply open up a message from an address  you wish to whitelist, open the three dot menu at the top of the message, and then select Move to Folder. Once you select the destination folder, click Always Move from the pop-up window.

 

If you use Yahoo Mail, you can select any message in your Spam folder, and mark it as Not Spam. This will add the sender to the whitelist. If you’d like to whitelist an address that has not yet sent you a message, follow this navigation:

Settings icon > More Settings > Filters > Add new filters

Once you’ve added the address you want whitelisted, save that filter!

If you use Yahoo Mail on your mobile device, select the inbox folder icon (from the bottom left of the page), then open Spam. Select an email from an address you’d like to whitelist, click move and then select inbox.
